I was considering one of these, but wasn't nuts about that stretch of Ossington (along with being on a busy'ish street like that). I was also a little concerned about construction not having started and that they were advertising a completion date that wasn't too far away. I would've preferred something more modern looking, but there are only so many townhouse projects of that size in downtown area.
