That would be a bit of an odd place for it, on a private lot tucked away close to Somerset and off of Spruce. But also because its so tucked away I'm not actually sure if its been there a while and I've just missed it...
 
It is 100% the site trailer for Cavanagh's City Centre/Elm renewal. It was on the opposite side of the lot last year, removed for winter, showed up again once the snow melted. Apple Maps satellite captured it surrounded by pipes last year.

Existing building is still occupied by Illumisoft on the bottom level at 160 Spruce and A Fine Thing Antiques on top at 989 Somerset. I'll post if I see moving trucks...

Stop the presses! we may be able to build a 15 storey building in just five years... assuming favorable economic conditions :rolleyes:
