surprising that they chose steel over wood for what looks like a 4-5 storey build.
Random thought but I just wondered if the price of steel within Canada has dropped with what I can only imagine less exports to the US.

Either way.. your point stands. That 6 ish floor building on Cyrville went the same route about 2 years ago which was surprising. The footprint was also easily 2x this if not 3.
