I think the last time the developer chimed in, they said their projects are on hold indefinitely due to interest rates and other factors.

We'll have to wait another 4 years before construction can get back to the same pace before the interest hikes

They've resubmitted for their Vanier project recently. Seems like they may move on that one and their Kanata project in the foreseeable future.

I'm amazed that this didn't get bought out by the Colonnade-bridgeport project next door. It is a bit odd since they evicted the tenants and there haven't even been temporary uses (landscapers, other construction offices.) which suggests they are still looking at near to medium term.
