Great location for something like this.

It looks alright but I'll miss the character of the existing buildings and mature trees. They're non-descript but have a coziness and feeling from another time. It's a nice little pocket. Nice to see the CRU's. Hopefully the material is brick and not brown stucco for the top floors.

I'll miss the mature trees, but will be looking forward to the sidewalk wrapping around the crescent. Not sure what kind of retail will go in, but it would be a great spot for a pub or cafe with a patio.
