Does anyone know what the parking lot between City Hall and One City Hall (111 Elizabeth Street) will become? Will it be a park, or something else? Thanks in advance.

-Jon

111 is actually One City Hall... the lot in question is around 75-95 Elizabeth

Interestingly, that is the site of Toronto's shortest lived 12-or-more storey building.

Probably, your list isn't exactly complete though

Maestro, do you have a more complete list of 12 storey buildings that have demolished in Toronto, or examples of ones missing. If so, I'd love to know.

I believe my list is complete, however, if you know of more just pass them along.

no, I don't and, yours is argueably the most complete I've yet to see. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I have seen old photos with one or two highrise warehouses in the Eaton Centre block, a highrise facing Richmond in the Bay Adelaide Centre blocks, and a highrise warehouse on the NE corner of Bay/Front and a modernist tower on Wellington where BCE/Brookfield Place stands now.

This was the original proposal for phase to of One City Hall shot down by council.
