Sized it up from the video and what I know of the Bluffs, and google street view.
I believe what we saw was material erosion below 1 Midland.
The TRCA bought that house just in the last 2 years.

Here's hoping Toronto-based celebrities don't buy any homes along the Scarborough Bluffs.
