I got some good shots in from my flight last Friday, and I'll share them with you, though I am still feeling a bit guilty about the such great flight I had on Porker.

North Oshawa, including the airport and UOIT.

Millbrook - the federal prison is visible on the left, as is a railway juction that's long abandoned. The line to the left went to Lindsay, the right to Peterbrough from Port Hope.

Peterborough. I had no idea how prominent the fountain in Little Lake was.

Drumlins!

Approach into Ottawa

I flew into Ottawa from the south and felt like I was flying into ATL. The sprawl beyond the patheticly narrow greenbelt looks bad. The subdivisons being built had little woods and water separating them, like Atlanta.

Great shots! Ontario sure look beautiful from above this time of year

Great shots. That Ottawa sprawl is a bit disturbing, I guess some people like to drive for 10 minutes just to get out of their subdivision.

Here's another shot of it

Great shot of the drumlins. It's amazing how topographic features were completely ignored when the concessions were first surveyed.

Great shots!!

The pic of the docks is so good...so much potential...ahhh
