The massing is great for this neighbourhood, the design is not totally offensive and the Loblaws is desparately needed (~first world problems~), so overall I think it's pretty good!
 
Incredible how those unsightly hydro posts with suspended wires and transformers ruin the urban feel. It at times looks like we live in a Wild West town.
 
I cant even believe its safe or legal to build so close to those utility poles... I mean, people will practically be able to reach out and touch them from that top floor terrace! Imagine staring out at that from your living room...

Loblaws is on the 2nd floor. There are indeed street-level retail spaces facing Queen St. I believe BMO, Teaopia and Joe Fresh will take 3 of the 4 spaces.
