The pigeons at this corner are legendary in number. By the looks of this photo they are not giving up their land. Hopefully when this is done I will no longer need to wear my Tippi Hendren brave face when walking past their glare.

That Lotus building is so bland. The unusual piece of land called for a more dramatic flatiron-type building. Even the light beige colour is all wrong. Hopefully the parkette will be pleasant enough to draw attention away from the dull and anticlimactic building in the background.

Has anyone else seen the midget Chinese guy who wears a cape and dances while feeding the pigeons on this corner. HYSTERICAL!!!
