What a great shot. That Ritz penthouse unit is going to be quite sweet. The balcony is bigger than most condo units today.

I have to say I'm a bit dissappointed. The terrace is nowhere near as large as the virtual yard you get at Shangri La. I was very interested in this suite but the terrace looks smaller than the plans the Ritz sent us and the room off the terrace hardly looks 25x40 as per the floorplan drawings.
