It's been ages since I was last on Ray Gibbons Drive - it is currently under construction from McKenney Ave to Giroux Road. @Airboy is our St. Albert expert, so I'll allow him to provide his insight.

Yup going only to McKenny this year. The area just NW of that Cheroit. Is doubling in size this year. City Council is looking for the location for a new school in the area. West of Ray Gibbons and Meadow view is designated industrial now so should start getting serviced this year or next.
