Plantings, to reduce graffiti. This is what it has come to. The city has thrown in the towel. I just came back from NY. The city is nearly completely graffiti free. Why does capitulation to the problem seem to be the only choice we have in Toronto?
The Swiss have moved to NY and we have become the NY of the seventies. Shame on the city!
