I know some people who are wanting to move to Toronto. They want to be in the middle of it all. They are willing to pay around 900 to 1200 for a 1 bedroom/studio. Anyone have any recommendations.

These people run a number of buildings downtown. Their housekeeping, grounds keeping, maintenance standards are the best I've seen.
