What the website doesn't tell you though - is that this building adds condo fees (common area fees) of OVER $500 to that cost. Lure you in with posted pricing, and then throw that on you when you show up to see a unit. False advertising!

That's blatantly false, I just signed a lease to move in here and there are no "condo fees". Nonsense.
Does your lease rate match the pricing on the website?
There is a lot of price variation because there are many different unit types and the rent for each unit increases $10 by every floor as you go higher.
