House hunting in area from Sheppard&Bayview to Bathurst&Wilson
I am thinking of buying a house in this area in the square of Sheppard&Bayview to Bathurst&Wilson.
My priorities are:
1. Schools (from Elementary to High school)
2. Enough rooms for the families 4+ Bedrooms
3. Commute (Easy access to TTC)
4. Safe community
5. Price/Property Ratio
Any recommendations?
