This is exactly the kind of building Toronto needs. Clean, yet subtly futuristic, it's not a box, and the cladding actually has an appealing shade of blue, and not green or gray. Even the balconies are well placed, fitting the profile nicely, and not jutting out like many of the sore-thumbs we've seen recently. Looking forward to seeing more of this.

I was looking at this building just this morning on the way to work. The blue curtain wall looks like it will be very pretty though so far I am less convinced of the awesomeness of this project than others seem to be. I am pleasantly surprised at how good the curtain wall is looking though. It is a lot more jewel-like than I was expecting it to be.
