Mods - please move if this is posted in the wrong section... Looking for a small 1BR condo in the downtown core to rent starting in January for about a year. If you have a small place that will be ready for occupancy in December or January and you want to rent it out until it registers and you can sell it, PM me details... I have purchased a house north of the city but will be looking to rent a small place downtown to avoid the commute during the week. I'll only ever stay there on average 3 nights a week (most weeks just Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday nights.) Looking for a year or so until my condo is ready for occupancy. Your condo would be fairly empty inside and very lightly used...
