I am deciding on which condo builder I should buy from. My first condo. I know there is a minimum sound transmission class that by law the builders must comply with (think its STC rating 55), however from my research at 55 you still hear alot of noise. Is there any proof that the more reputable builders exceed the 55 rating in their buildings?
