Why did they not build that random office tower attached to the mall (and by extension closer to the transit station) to create more traffic? Most people probably never went to the food court to avoid a long walk through the parking lot. I have a feeling it was built around the same time as the expansion, transit station and parking structure, so there's no excuse.

This mall has always been a total clusterf*#k. I'll never forgive them for closing in the sail skylights.

Agreed. It was a nice, inviting, somewhat unique mall back in the 90s. They ruined it with the late 2000s, early 2010s renovations. It's just a sterile, bland, soulless place now.
