Not sure I would call X slow sales wise. 65% in 6 months is still pretty quick.

As I understand it "average" sales are about 30% on opening week, 40% over the next year, and 30% after construction starts.

Anything faster than that and the developer will be kicking themselves for not setting the price a touch higher.
