I nominate as the ugliest building in Toronto the Graduate House of the University of Toronto at Harbord and Spadina. It is so Soviet bloc ugly that it almost defies description.
Grad House looks nothing like anything ever built in the Soviet Bloc, with the possible exception of some experimental work they were doing back in the 20s.
