The actual height and pitch of the roof on St. Anthony’s has been significantly modified in these proponent renderings …..I’m guessing, so as to present a better architectural fit to the proposed Apt. buildings pitched roof lines. This to me is deceptive and I would hope that this discrepancy will be obvious to the EDC in their review. This proposal does not belong in Edmonton’s historic urban landscape. It’s insulting. (I don’t seem to have the site navigation skills to provide comparative photos with these comments…but please check the renderings above.
