Good one..lol..upside down condos is a funny name. By the way L tower phase 2 is expected to release sometimes in October.

The Ray Charles Towers are actually called the Bay Charles towers, which makes sense since they are at the intersection of Bay & Charles.

Brownstones on Wallace. No stone is used on the townhouses there and they're not particularly attractive. If want to call ugly brick townhouses "brownstones" please do it in another city. And stop referencing NYC and other cities; we want to build our own identity.

"Bohemian Embassy" is just awful, especially in context of its history.

"King East" would have been a fine name for a condo development, had it not been thought up while another condo called "East" was still under construction a mere block away, also on King St. East. Talk about a lack of originality generating needless confusion.

Must say, I'm a bit sad about the Ray/Bay Charles misunderstanding: having a random condo building in Toronto named after Ray Charles would have been nicely absurd.

So true

me: What do you think of King East?
friend: uh, *confused*
me: the condo, not the street
friend: Oh the condo on King East?
me: yea
friend: East lofts? It's nice
me: no, King East
friend: Yea, it's on King East
me: NO...the condo's called King East
friend: There's another one?
me: Yes
friend: Where?
me: King and Parliament
friend: isn't that East Lofts?
me: ....
