I really don't have problem with Cityplace, architecturally or otherwise. Too bad it gets such a bad rap. That said, 60 Richmond is as close to a masterpiece as we've seen in these parts in quite some time.
 
For what works out to $280k per unit it sure turned out great. Is TCHC exempt from parking requirements - this building only seems to have 10 at grade parking spots from what I can gather.
 
Beautiful. Why can't private developers match this level of design quality for a for-profit venture?
