Wondering when Fort York Blvd is finally going to connect from Bathurst to Spadina

I wonder if the community centre is to have a library. (If so, perhaps the city's100th branch!)

Yes, there will be a library coming to Cityplace in block 31 I believe. Bathurst St at Fort York blvd will also be getting a rehabilitation to align it properly with the completed section of Fort York blvd east of Bathurst. At present the bridge and the new street do not line up.
