This project is in Giv'atayim, which is although adjacent to Tel Aviv, but a separate city entirely. Like Mississauga to Toronto, for instance.
 
Thanks! We tend to merge nearby cities into their larger neighbours for the sake of simplicity rather than creating separate forums and pages for each city. I believe Giv'atayim is part of the Tel Aviv metropolitan area, so hopefully most people will understand.
