Thought this was interesting: found these comments on a thread on Reddit indicating the St. Albert Hat project will have 3 buildings. Seems like this midrise will still be accompanied by the two towers we heard about?

This project is off Giroux by the Shell, but yes, these areas are going nuts right now.
