That, and the optimally placed portable toilet. I wonder if they cut out a window facing the edge....
 
I think the massing works well here. It has the height that gives the area the density that I personally like, but the first few floors keep the street level experience in perspective, imo.
 
How was the tower position approved like this, right up to the property line against the gas station? That (albeit small) lot is now essentially useless for future development. Even mid-rise would butt right up against the first few floors of balconies facing west. Wonder why they weren't forced to push the tower back towards the subway tracks to get some separation.
 
The penthouses look like they have significantly higher ceilings. There's some nice northern views to be had from this building.
