Clumsy massing. Tacky details. Overall a pretty suburban-style project considering it's so close to One Bloor, Casa2 etc. S+P would've done something spectacular here no doubt.

Ohh gee, a bunch of gibberish trash-talk from a bunch of you......it sure beats what was there before

Massing is okay, but cladding looks like it will be really bad. They should've at least used higher quality stuff for the podium.
