Went to Vancouver on the weekend there's a new sauna chain called Tality Wellness that opened a location in Mount Pleasnat on the 5th floor of a new building. It has a wet sauna, cold plunge pools, outdoor lounge area with fire pits and free kombucha/tea/etc.

I thought this would be a fantastic franchise business to open on the podium terrace of a building downtown, like Parks facing the Warehouse Park. Please and thank you.

The morning sun must work for you because with tower 2 the sun will be obstructed from (a guess here) 10:30 AM.

Is there a chance that date might be ambitious, given the current state of construction?

Occupancy would allow them to start furnishing the interiors ahead of letting residents move in.

Keep in mind the construction elevator was removed last week. I bet a lot of the interior fit out has already been completed. The big delay in installing the cladding makes this project look much further behind than it actually is.
