Cottingham street (on right of 'Then' pic) no longer intersects at Yonge. On the 'Now' pic, I should have pointed my camera a few more feet to the right; Yonge street dips into a railway underpass here, as can be seen by the angle of the roadway and the fact that the doorway in the old bank building is now several feet off the ground.
