Despite the reduced density, I think I like the 1980s version better.

the only non-gray color from the new version comes from the signs. I would like to see some more non-gray color in the architectural materials.

1980's one is so much better. More humane scale and less advertisements. The 2010 version is super grey. They need to plant some large mature trees with some seating area. That's what's really missing. We need more greenery.
