1 Jarvis is EMBLEM Development's first building in Hamilton, designed by Studio JCI. It's 14 storeys if you don't include the mezzanine, and it's 15 storeys if you do. It has 354 units, and 259.5 m2 of retail space on the ground floor. It is located right next door to KiWi condos. This information and full architectural plans can be found linked in this report.

This project sold out in an unbelievably short period of time, and the building that was on site has just been torn down. I expect construction will likely commence soon.
