Kind of crummy photos, but a dental office, Japanese hair salon, jewellery store and a Starbucks are set to open here. Also looks like plaza may be using the far corner unit as a sales centre but I didn’t get a closer look.

The building facades are now in far better condition, but as @DavidCapizzano notes above, the mix of businesses is perhaps sub-optimal. The mix was a tad more eclectic backwhen, featuring a deli a restaurant and an art gallery among others.
