I've seen that.Though that design seems to go all the way back to when knickerbockers and poofy wigs where all the rage. So that's a bit excessive in the regal department, IMO.

Had good memories of going to "The Host" restaurant in the mid-2010's.
I went there in early Jan 2020 and had no idea the building was about to be redeveloped. I know now that there's been a discussion about the redevelopment as far back as 2006, but I wasn't following this thread until I saw the demolition sign later in 2020.
