There's a max 70 degree plane along Yonge street here, and this looks pretty close to that. Looking forward to seeing more renders and how they will keep the original building here.
That is a long heritage Impact Assessment (360 pages) with point by point breakdown of why the city's designation proposal is "wrong" . There bits of condescending attitude sprinkled through out ("it is in our view as architects...") in an effort to discredit the city staff's opinion.
It looks like they want to completely demolish the current 10 St. Mary St and then rebuild a replica. I think they are trying to avoid what Mod did at Five Condo with the big bracing outside the building?
