The signs outside this development say "Available 2021". Given the speed of this, and the fact they're now working on the tower (which has a significantly smaller footprint than the podium), I gotta imagine this could conceivably be done quite early in 2021.

Glazing is up on the side facing loblaws on the ground floor. Got a peak last night - will try to return with better lighting for a pic.

The glass going up is very green. Hopefully it's just for that lower section of the podium and not for the rest.
