Sales center opened today with the building model. They were taking down the window film and having a showing event this afternoon.

I'm kind of new into urban development, how long do y'all think this would take to complete? Since demo was pretty much recently done and all.

Builder Occupancy's Date during the Selling phase is notorious for being incorrect and usually get extended a year on average. This project's Occupancy is set for 2029, so we're long ways away from predicting everything.

Anyone know if it is actually selling? It has launched into a very difficult market…
