New public housing building at the northeast corner of downtown, replacing an existing municipal parking lot. The parking lot closed for construction several months ago but has not yet started construction.

Yesterday there's was a conversation about affordable housing at City Hall - It's a 6-storey Cityhousing Building and could have been 8-storeys and provided an extra 20 housing units above the 56 being built, or 10-storeys and provided 40 additional units. Photos from July 12
