Councillor Perruzza held an In-Person Only public-consultation last night about this site.. getting it in under the wire before the "election quiet period" starts on Monday, August 1st. This was the letter that was circulated at the meeting.
My favourite part of the letter is where Perruzza states "…because the developer has every right to go to the OLT when the City does not respond within the amount of time prescribed by the Province, a symptom of our City not adequately funding the Planning Department (just like many other departments) so that we can keep your taxes artificially low while at the same time allowing us to blame others when developments get approved that you endlessly knee-jerk nimbys don't like."
Good on Perruzza for laying all that out!

Request for Direction Report to oppose this at the OLT is headed to the next meeting of EYCC:
Staff are generally fine w/intensification in general here and the on-site park proposal.
They are not keen on the height and dislike the setbacks for being inconsistent w/the existing area form.

No new rendering is updated in the database. The total unit count changed from 946 units to 939 units. The total vehicle parking count changed from 704 parking to 376 parking.

New stats are updated in the database. The overall storey count changed from 30, 18, 12, 4 & 4 to 25, 21, 11, 4 & 4 storey. Height changed from 101.20m, 64.60m, 45.60m, 14.00m & 14.00m to 83.55m, 71.45m, 42.00m, 14.00m, 14.00m. Finally, the total unit count increased from 939 units to 1094 units.
