This cladding is looking so cheap and messy it makes eight Cumberland look sleek and high-end In comparison (hard to believe). I was expecting this project to be of higher quality. why is Yorkville getting all these mediocre projects when it should be attracting high calibre architecture and materials?

I think the beige panels and gray mullions have a bit of a mid-century vibe to it.

Yikes so this is what is it looks like to have a messy JV project huh? I had high hopes for this, but this is looking pretty messy and cheap so far.

Saw this in person today. I don't think it looks cheap necessarily, but it does look odd. The beige/cream vertical panels somehow clash with the metallic trims around the windows and the two-toned horizontal spandrels (gray and light-gray - this is Toronto, they won't issue permits unless you use gray spandrels

Wowww. I really don't know what to think of this one. I thought it was going to be one of the few buildings that actually going to live up to the Yorkville prestige.
I'm holding off on saying it's downright bad, but def not super high end either.

This looks even busier at the moment. Nobu is being out-Nobued. What's worse, it will dominate the view from my couch - at least until the Pemberton emerges sometime in the distant future.

Stupid me thought this building would have similar glass as 19 Duncan (not rounded of course). Very disappointing.
