What kind of stone is that? While it's not a lot, it's still nice to see a building making use of some stone for once above the podium.

Oh it's stone? Whoops, I came here to complain because it looked like cheap yellow spandrel from a distance 😬

And is it just me or do the stone panels around the lobby look way too small for their application? Again feeling cheap. Or maybe it's the mismatched gradients. Compare to the renders (would have been fine without gradient panels).

Yeah I agree ^

The tower "stone" panels look like rockwool or chip board from a distance, and the podium panels look like bathroom tiles, but like, not in a cool or fun way - in a dated cheap way
 
Judging by the renders I'd say they were aiming for travertine, but as others have noted it's more faux stone bathroom tile in execution.
