This building added 3 floors, total 65 floors. New total height 221 according to the architect

I counted 65 floors, makes sense. Also at 213m it would be 98 feet taller than 1 Yorkville but its 10 or 11 floors higher plus mech which would be more than 98 feet.

That would seem reasonable because Four Seasons is 204 metres tall; here is a visual comparison:

There was indeed a Minor Variance approved in 2023 for additional height here; including habitable residential space on the 66th (mechanical) level
