Can't find anything related to this site for UT and could be under another name.

The hording said portliving who is out of Vancouver, but the land for 116 is up for sell. 114 has just been sold

114 was sold 2 years ago, that sold sign has been up for ever. They have assembled 3 lots on avenue rd, all three show up as being owned by Yorkville Central Investments Inc which is owned by Portliving out of Vancouver, I believe they also own 91-93 Scollard however it's under a different name on title.

114 closed on 6/30/2017 for $4.49M, .
116 closed on 1/16/2017 for $3.995M. .
110 closed on 12/01/2017 for $7.44M
118 sold for $2.6M in 2017 as well but shows up as a different party on title.
