Oh, that would make sense, but I don't see escalators or an elevator to the basement in the plans.

More panels up. Some of the rounded corner pieces look kind of wonky. The facade on the west end has a very reflective finish.

They could've just sandwiched this between the W and the RBC at the Bay down Bloor East. Wouldn't need to do much to the building if that's the look they were going for.
