I do think most of the visual interest comes from the windows, frames and balcony railings. What we see now is pretty ‘true to render’. Definitely a wait and see project

Occupancy for this building seems to be pushed back to after July 2023. Roof has been reached. Anyone know the reasons why another 9+ months would be needed for a building like this with just 14 stories? Appreciate there were strikes by trades for a month or so in May but still.

Windows and internal unit fittings todo, what else would cause such a delay?

probably glass. there are huge delays in glass right now. as seen, none of the window wall has been installed on this project yet, which at this stage would usually at least see half the building's window wall installed, or more. they may be in a position to temporarily seal the openings selectively to start unit fit-outs, but that's def not standard practice
