A Q2 2024 target has been set for planning approvals and initial construction of a building comprised of approximately 90,000 square feet and 125 units at 1233 Queen St. E. Completion would be expected two years later.
I like the bold red treatment; hope it doesn't get watered down when this thing is finished.
where to find the slides from that meeting?Minor Shadow impact on the north side of Queen (which is mostly a parking-lot anyway).
City should let them relax the angular plane more on the Queen side of this building.
