Certainly not great architecture, but considering Wilson is one of the ugliest major streets in Toronto, anything is a massive improvement over the current sad state of affairs.
 
Well, at least the mullion manufacturers won't go hungry.

Best I could do for a Streetviews is looking across the edge of the Ambulance Station, which is the pavement at the right side of the photo above:

The new rendering is updated in the database. The overall height changed from 43.50m to 45.50m. Rendering taken from the architectural plan via SPA.
 
The new rendering is added to the database. The total unit count changed from 65 units to 69 units. Total car parking space reduced from 114 car parking to 112 car parking. Finally, the total bike parking increased from 64 bike parking to 68 bike parking.
