As a result of the circulation comments and feedback received from Planning staff, the Ward Councillor and neighbourhood residents, the Owners have made revisions to the Initial Proposal, including modifications to address concerns relating to building height, massing and setbacks, shadow impacts, and the public realm. The result of these modifications is a 39-storey mixed-use building, consisting of 440 residential units and 500 square metres of retail space on the ground floor (the “Revised Proposal”).
